Golden Circle diet drinks
 

I love the GC soft drinks made with Splenda but am a little concerned about the number of carbs.
As I have just begun Atkin's Induction, I don't want to inadvertently overdo. At the moment I only drink 1 or 2 cans a day.
Can anyone tell me how many carbs per can :q:

I'm not sure the number of carbs. You could contact manufacturer and ask them.

I think they contain 5% fruit juice, right? The carb value may be too much for induction. Can you live without for 2 weeks until induction is over and then introduce a can at a time and see how it impacts you?

Diet Orange 2.2
Diet Tropical Punch 3

I miss having something that goes bubble. Today is shopping day - I might pick up one or two as special treats.

I have tried them but more than one can takes me out of ketosis. They do contain more calories than most other diet softdrinks :( .
