I will be posting my daily workouts. I am a home exerciser so I will most likely be listing the exercise DVD that I do each day. I will also be posting my progress. I am recommitting to my fitness regime 5/1/2009. :wave:

Week One has been a success! I did all my scheduled home workouts. I have a little muscle soreness in my lats and traps, but otherwise I feel great!

One of my goals is to test The Firm's acclaim that you get "visible results in 10 workouts." I am going to check in on May 14 to give my new stats on weight, body measurements and body fat. I think it will be interesting to see what changes if any have occurred in the 10 workouts. Today marked my 6th firm workout, my 10th Firm workout will be May 13, so early on the 14th I will obtain all the info needed and post. Stay tuned everybody! :D

Oh yeah, tomorrow is my rest day, and I will be sure to enjoy it!

It's check in time! The 10 day Firm challenge is up. Here are my results after 10 Firm workouts!
Weight 172 (1# loss)
Bust 38 (1" loss) :(
Waist 32.5 (3.5" loss!) :cool:
Hips: 43.5 (2" loss!)
Thighs: 24" (2" loss!)
BMI: 28.6 (still overweight) :cry:
Body Fat: 35%!!! (lost 6% body fat!) :spin:

Well I guess it does work! This is amazing to me! Although I only lost 1 pound, Look at the inches lost, not to mention the body fat loss!! I lost 6% body fat in 10 workouts, doing exercise tape/DVD combining weights and aerobics right from home! No fancy gym equipment involved! Amazing! See ya latter, I'm going to do another Firm workout! ;)
