Help please
I'm writing again about my leg cramps. Last night I had to go to bed because my legs were so heavy it was hard to walk. Then nights of cramps. Please tell me how much potassium and magnesium I need a day. I'm going to get my mother to run to the store to get some. I'm in so much pain.

Sorry guys I just searched and found the answer!

We've all been there! Those pains are terrible!!! I am glad you did like I did and found the answer here, not at the bottom of a bag of potato chips! Just kidding, but I almost used that as an excuse to eat "a few carbs". The mag and potass will work almost immediately!

I hope your cramps soon go, Lovable!
For anyone else reading this, you'll find the info on magnesium which fixes cramps here: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?p=234190 Leg cramps can also be worsened by not drinking enough water. So make sure you are getting at least 2 litres/64 oz PLUS 250 mL/8 oz for every 25 pounds you need to lose. :) :rose:Rosebud:rose: |
