Any Vegetarians ?
 

My 23 year old daughter is a vegetarian, she does not eat meat but will eat fish, eggs and milk products. She wants to try Atkins. Anyone out there doing this without meat? She could use some pointers. And as she has the same health concerns that has motivated me, I want to be able to give her all the support she needs to be successful. I have diabetes on one side of my family tree, she gets it from both sides. Plus she wants to lose weight.

I have several friends who are vegetarian and low-carb. They have found some veggie meats which have have 0-1 carb per serving--the brand name was Worthington I believe.

Plus the fact that your daughter eats fish should make it a whole lot easier.
