cholesterol results
 

Been on Atkins since January 2003 and just had my cholesterol checked because I was worried about it. Don't have a record of before, except that my HDL was 82 at some point about 2 years ago.

Numbers as of 8/7/03

Total cholesterol - 265
HDL - >100
Triglycerides - 64

Doctor said I had such a high HDL (good cholesterol) that they couldn't even compute my LDL (bad cholesterol)!!

That's astounding, Jane! How did you DO that???? Whatever it is you're doing, I should be doing it, too. :lol:
