LC stuff in Canadian Stores - need a shopping list!
(also written in Canadian Local Group section)
Hi everyone As I'm living in the UK, there are tons of products I can't get here. But my mom is coming out to visit me in September, and she's been asking me for my "shopping list"... hhhmmm, let me see.... (she better bring an extra suitcase!) I would like to know what are your favourite "must haves" from Canadian stores (she's coming from BC, so western Canadian stores would be helpful). Splenda costs the equivalent of $14 a box here including shipping (and is only available online here), so obviously she'll have some of that!) So far, I want her to bring: Splenda Crystal Light Drink Mix What else should I get her to bring me? (keeping in mind Customs is going to have a field day when I ask her to bring over half a dozen boxes of "white powder"). What keeps you going? Any new goodies to try? Thanks in advance! not sure this will help....
I'm in Ontario so I'm not sure what stores are the same in BC. Loblaw's and A&P have been the best I've found so far. A&P has a large (seperate) organic section, they sell sugar free syrup, SF chocolate (Sorbee), SF candies, pumpkorn, LC bread, LC tomato sauce, to name a few. Loblaw's/Zehr's has these LC/organic products as well but they are mixed in with all the other stuff. hope this helps.
