Tracie Long Training

Does anyone else do these? They are in that "functional Fitness" category and 2 of the 4 discs use a stability ball and the other 2 do not. All 3 of the lead instructors are from the Firm....Tracie Long, Jen Carmen (Firm BSS1's Body Sculpt) and Susan Harris.
