Mexican food?

When eating out at a mexican resturant do you think it's ok to have a taco salad with no bean with a minimal amount of salsa and don't eat the shell? do you think this is ok to have when doing induction. I love mexican and was wondering if this was ok. if not can you give me some ideas of what mexican I can eat

I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD! I order it with out the shell, tomatoes and onions. Oh and extras cheese or caso. I also like to order a small bowl of case and chicken or steak and dip it into it. REALLY GOOD!:D I do this at home too.
