11 inches gone!!
 

hi all!
Well had my first whole day of SB and doing great! I hope :) .... time will tell......I am enjoying having some yogurt and fruit withouut feeling guilty!!!

Just came back from the gym , had my measeurements done and lost 11 inches!!!!!! That is in 4 weeks!!!! I am soooo excited....especially as 4 of the inches are from my waist!!!

One of the reason I have switched to SB is because I wasn;t feeling good on low carbs and exercising.

Take care all....I just hope the lbs come off at the same rate as my inches...but then again.....who cares what the scale says!!!

That is AWESOME Maggie!!! I lost 4 inches in Phase One of SBD..... I am sure the lbs will come off and so will more inches!

It is exciting just to be doing something different :dazzle: I just started exercising a month ago and now SB so I am really excited....I tend to thrive on change ;o)
