coffee grinders
 

I have to buy a new coffee grinder for my flax seeds. Can any one suggest a good name brand, or is that allowed? I am anxious to try the recipe for the morning cerial. I miss hot cerial. I am still not losing any weight.....Have followed suggestions from many of the posts and am at least not gaining....I have company and have been able to stay with my woe.

Braun is a good brand. Make sure that whatever one you buy it has a very deep well for grinding. Wells that are tilted - like Starbucks don't seem to work quite as good.
