Measurements
HI GUYS...........
If anyone is interested. How about we post measurements of neck, bust, waist, hips, right thigh, left thigh and weight. We meet her next month, the first week in febuary, on the same thread, to compare results. progress can be not only weight loss but inches lost. If you feel embarassed about posting your measurements, think about it, you're not on this board because you have a perfect body. Keeping it a secret will not make it any better. i'll measure tomorrow and post!!!!!!!! |

Size 16 and 5'9" tall Bust: 38 1/2in. Waist: 35in. Hips: Yikes!!! 46in. and three children later. Looking forward to Feb. Amy |

Weight 135 (Was 183) Measurements: Bust: I don't bother. I wear a 36DD, I used to wear a 38F. Waist: Was 36, now 27 1/2 Upper Hips: (Right below my waist) Was 44, now 36 1/2 Hips: Was 46, now 39 Thighs: Were 28, now about 22/23. Keep it up, everybody! |

Measurement Update
OLD STATS:
Bust: 41 was 43 1/2 Waist: 34 1/2 was 35 1/2 Hips: 40 was 42 Thighs: 22 Upper arm: 13 Weight: 161 lbs was 175 Height: 5' 8" NEW STATS: Bust: 40 Waist: 33 1/2 Hips: 39 Thighs: 20 1/2 Upper arms: 12 Weight: 160 lbs Total inches lost: 11 :D Total weight lost: 15 Pretty happy with my progress so far. Would have been alot more if I had stuck to my guns on everything the whole time but the last month I haven't but have still watched my carb intake, calorie intake and started yora. Trying now to get my butt to join a gym. Will list progress in Aoril. |
