stuffy sinuses/nose
 

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to ask you guys if anyone has ever had a problem with a stuffy nose and/or sinuses? This is probably the third morning I've woke up with a horrible sinus headache.

It could also be all the smoke in the air here, but it seems like it happened last week once before it was soooo bad down in town.

I'd appreciate any feedback.

Frequently, but not LC related
 

I live in a pretty polluted part of the county, and I don't use the AC, so I frequently get sinus headache. I take generic Claritin; that clears it up for me. Can't say that I've seen any difference with LC although I know from prior experience that milk products make it worse. I'm not doing milk now.

Hey Carver, you live in NC with no AC! Boy I hope you live in a higher elevation!


Tara, are you still on induction, the early phases? This could be more of a withdrawl thing. I am a person who had sinus headaches just about everyday of my life. The last one I had though was due to withdrawl. Been headache free ever since.

Nope, south of Raleigh, actually. I use the AC at my day job during the week, but I have to be outside most of the weekend days and if I keep the house too cool, I'll never get myself out the door. Have a whole-house fan that cools it overnight, and change t-shirts often.
