Ok last night I actually did do a little exercise. I did 40 pushups and 130 crunches. I know it is not much.At least I did something. Tonight will be better!

Yippeeee !!!!! Yah!!!! I went out and ran a mile and walked a mile last night. I am so proud of myself. I was off track for a while but I am Back! I will be glad whn I can run 2 miles straight.

Oh sorry! I forgot about you gym log. Please oh please forgive me. I have been neglecting you for journal. I have been exercising though, I promise. I did 8 minutes of abs and 40 minutes of yoga last night. Don't worry I still love you gym log. |
