Trader Joe's Nutrition Facts??

Hi everyone...
I just bought a couple of bags of frozen artichoke hearts from Trader Joe's and I was wondering if this is possible: the nutrition facts say, 4 grams of carbs and 5 grams of fiber....is this possible?

It is if they are counted separatly as we do here in the UK.
This would be 9 grams with 5 fibre the way they are usually counted in the USA.
