New to SBD and looking for friends!
Hello, I stumbled on this forum while looking for Phase 1 SBD options for breakfast other than eggs. I thought it would be nice to have some online friends to support and encourage me (and vice versa!) on my journey to getting healthy. I'm on Day 4 of my first week of Phase 1. So far, so good. I have already lost three pounds, but even better I am feeling motivated to make better choices about what I eat.
And if you know of any other breakfast go-to's for Phase 1 other than eggs, let me know!! Theresa |
Hi - I was told to switch to SB due to my cholesterol. So I will be starting tomorrow. I am currently doing Atkins. The only thing I see with SB is that their low fat dairy options have more carbs than full fat so I have to find a happy medium.

I see nothing wrong with doing good fats vers low to non fat.
I would say have good fats and good carbs. |
