New to this site

Hello, I am new to this site and not for sure how to get started. If anyone could give me some feedback on this site and how to use it would be great. I have Type II diabetes and PCOS. The last few days I have been dizzy and don't know why. I don't eat like I should and that is why I joined this site. I will be starting the Insulin Resistance diet asap. If anyone has any suggestions please send them my way. :) . I love sweets and hope I can get over that.
