Is yogurt permited on the PP plan?
I just had 2 cups of it, the yogurt wasn't low fat, and made with cream. Marie |
Yogurt can be high in sugar so be careful to check the carb count. also 2 cups would equal about 4 servings of the 1/2 cup servings they have in the little cups you buy at the grocer.
