I did not see this posted anywhere else. This is a great article that could help low carb become mainstream. You have to register to read it (free).

Thanks so much for posting this link. We all knew this stuff already but some people won't believe it till they read it in the New York Times. I've emailed the article to friends and printed out a copy for myself. I hope someone who knows how will post the actual article on this forum before the link is lost.

but perhaps I'd registered in the past and was cookie'd (LOW CARB COOKIES, of course:D But that's not my point, it IS a phenomenal article, I posted a link in another board I visit as well as sending it to my friends and printing out 3 copies, one for my doctor, one for MIL who thinks I'm trying to kill her son with this "diet" and one just so I have it and can read it again. :)
