Hello again everyone!

I know it has been a while since I have been on here. A lot has been happening. First, I am no longer getting married. I would put a sad face here, but you know, it isn't that bad. Probably a blessing in disguise! Through it all I have managed to stick to the low carb way for the most part. I can't afford to spice up the diet quite like I could, thank goodness for the bulk packs of chicken breasts! ;)

So, I am here to say.....my goal was 136....this mornings way in 135.5!!!!!!

Yeah for me!!!

I am definitely convinced this WOE is the best for your body and mind!
