Exercise for Life!
This is the beginning of something I have not been very good at keeping consistant with EXERCISE!!!
I now will exercise at least 5 day a week for cardio and 3 times a week for weights!! 1/8/04 Gazelle at intermediate level 13 minutes Upper body workout |

15 minutes on the gazelle and kept up with Mr. Tony. Cracked a good sweat and heart rate ~22 per 10 seconds!! Which equals a heart rate of 132 I really feel a glow happening on my skin and had real good energy all day!! Found myself tightening butt and thighs in the car at stop lights, kind of an icemetricts???? Just feel really good!! :yay: :yay: :yay: |

18 minutes of Gazelle and keep pace with Tony. Heart Rate ~ 138 This is very good my range for heart rate is: Min - 90 Max - 144 I need to stay at 18 minutes for 1 week. Move to 20 minutes 1/19/04 which is Intermediate!!! :yay: :yay: :yay: |

Gazelle 21 minutes Heart rate ~ 144 Have not been logging my exercise and I deserve to keep better track of what I'm doing!!! :rheart: |

Gazelle 20 minutes heart rate ~ 134 2/10/04 DH and I took a walk around the blocks. 30 minutes heart rate ~ 92 Okay, not bad!! |
