:D Hi....I have only been on Atkins for four days but I thought I would post to say thanks to you all....
Unfortunately my family is not really that supportive of me being on atkins as one of our friends felt ill on it....However this forum/ site has really made me feel able to connect with people who are in a similar place to me....
I have over 100lbs to loose :eek: And I know its not going to be easy :rolleyes: but this site is great and so are all of you...Every question I have asked has been answered with kindness and consideration and soooo much patience....I know the road ahead is long and as well as realising that I am a carb and sugar addict, this is a new way of life and not just a fad....I feel great so far and I am excited that I have found something that works for me and great people too :D ....so thanks to everyone who runs this site and those who reply and offer support to others...Your efforts are wonderful....THANK YOU>>>>> ;) :D ;) :) :D ;) :) :D

you can do it! mine didnt support me either, i just said fine ill do it by myself for my self...... and i did. atkins is great it works!

i see you have discovered the GREATNESS of this journaling!! whohoooo!! now you should start a journal so we can all support you!! its really worth the few minutes it takes to open a new thread in the journal area....once you do it come see me in my journal and ill visit you regularly!!
