I wanted to PM you but for some reason I cant. but oh well. Maybe I can find my way back to this thread. I seem to not be able to find threads the next day cause the over abundance of us all enjoying the site...
I have a few questions for you.... Did you just start this year? to loose 12 pounds in a little over a month is a great inspiration to me. and what are you exactly doing like maybe a sample menu. Thanks |
ps I JUST started, read all the books and am continually reading... I have been reading a few months before I decided to take the dive into atkins.
Also to ncmommyX2 did you also JUST start and lost that much, if so please also tell me what YOUR doing. Thanks to you both and all who are loosing. |
Draven9981 - just a quick pointer, if you hit someone's profile button below their post, you'll see their "LC Since" date so you can see how long they've been on this WOL..... although I notice yours says "This week", which could be a little confusing... well it makes you look at your join date to work it out, but still ;)

Draven9981, I have had to keep my menu very simple. Meat,eggs,salad and 3 oz of cheese daily. A little heavy cream in my coffee. This is the only way I can make progress. Also, I'm still on induction.

Thanks I think I jumpped onto the water after I read on one of the threads the more you drink the more you loose, basically. I am going through the 2.5 gallon water jugs every two days. So I think I am ok.
