Question to people who have had rapid weight loss

Just a silly little question really. Does your skin become saggy? Or does it re-adjust so to speak.

The reason i am asking is because i have stretch marks on my stomach, and i am worried that *if* i lose weight rather quickly, i will end up with horrible saggy skin.

Well I cannot speak for all of us on the board. But in my case I lost 75lbs in 6 months...fast to some...I have noticed that my skin is very flabby..and to be honest..not nice to look at. I remember reading a post one lady said she looks way better clothed than unclothed...and I think she could be right .....lol
Although I rather have flabby than fat....but Im working on those areas that are bad....which is my stomach and inner thighs....hopefully in time..it will get better...

Good luck to you!!

I lost a little over 50 in 6 months. The only place I noticed loose skin is my stomach. I've got stretch marks which reminds me of what I looked like after giving birth, more than a quarter century ago. I still have alot to lose so maybe it will get worse later. But, looking better in clothes is worth the extra skin.

There was a recent discussion about saggy skin that you might like to read thru and participate in here:

I lost 99 lbs in 6 months. Yes, I have some sag but it's coming in. It'll take time but it should happen.
