Tahini? Nut butters?
 

In my pantry, unopened, I have jars of raw tahini and also raw almond butter. Are they Neander-friendly?

Audette recommends that nuts be eaten raw, so if they are raw nut butters, I don't see why not.

Remember that cashews and peanuts as well as soy are off the list.
