I've never seen a lady bug indoors. Probably because it doesn't get too cold here.

I wonder if one could build them little houses they could overwinter in? Or little environments in your yard where they could hang-out.

When they're in town, they're everywhere. Never quite know what variables affect the swarm. You can vacuum them up... and they just keep coming.

The indoor ones aren't as pretty as the "traditional" ones. Not quite as bright a red, I think. Or maybe they're just dying by the time they move indoors. You just can't beat them.

The pale yellow ones with black spots are apparently the "Asian Strain" and are the most vicious-- to me it feels like a "sweat bee" sting. Swat one and it makes a nasty beetlejuice smell and can stain clothing :p

I don't bother vacuuming until they stop coming :lol:

I read on the net a green house in a brushy or wooded area is their favorite place to Winter over-- next time ill choose white! :idea:
