fruit teas
I have some fruit teas in the cupboard without any carb information on them. Can anyone tell me whether they have any carbs in them?

Generally fruit teas are not allowed. A general CAD rule is that if something tastes sweet, the carbohydrate addict (CA) reacts to them with an insullin release. You might want to save them for RM. |
Thanks Zuleikaa.
Now that you mention it I do remember reading that :daze: I'm trying to find something nice to have as a warm evening drink. Cool weather is on it's way and I always enjoy a nice warm cup of chocolate in the evening. Black tea and coffe just aren't the same. :( |
