fruit teas

I have some fruit teas in the cupboard without any carb information on them. Can anyone tell me whether they have any carbs in them?

Generally fruit teas are not allowed. A general CAD rule is that if something tastes sweet, the carbohydrate addict (CA) reacts to them with an insullin release. You might want to save them for RM.

Thanks Zuleikaa.
Now that you mention it I do remember reading that :daze:
I'm trying to find something nice to have as a warm evening drink. Cool weather is on it's way and I always enjoy a nice warm cup of chocolate in the evening. Black tea and coffe just aren't the same. :(
