FAT calories...?

How many calories should come from fat every day? Whats the minimum percentage? Will having a higher percentage of fat calories than carbs and protein help out with quicker weight loss? or get me out of my stall?

:D Thanks! :D

Moon, please see this discussion about fat and calories and basic bio chemistry 101.

Fat should comprise the bulk of your calories - the exact number will depend on how many calories you are eating, but the percentages should be between 70% and 80%.

Bear in mind a "stall" is 6 weeks with no inches lost and no change in scale weight.
