Pudding

I am looking into sugar busters and i am just wondering about sugar free pudding. U know the jell-o brand. Is this ok to eat. Right now thats basically the only "sugar-free" food i have rite now. So is it ok to eat the whole box? And to other sugar busters, do you use sugar free pudding alot? Does it cause stalls? Any info would help.

Welcome!

When I first started I ate a serving of SF Pudding or SF Jell-O almost everyday! It helped get me over some rough spots. But once the cravings for sweets diminshed I didn't really need it anymore.

Some people find that the artificial treats keep their sweet tooth stimulated though. So keep that in mind.

I much prefer a nice sweet juicy piece of fruit instead. It tastes great and it is real food --- not processed.
