Headaches!

This sounds weird, but the last two times that I did Atkins, I felt fine...but this time around I have headaches. I'm not doing anything differently and I'm experiencing mild headaches. The other thing is I don't want to take tylenol because there's cornstach in it. What to take?

I could take 10 Tylenol and it wouldn't phase a headache for me, the only thing that does anything for me is Aleve (I think the generic name is Naproxen). The headaches should be gone in a day or two :)

Do they have the gel caps where you live 146? They seem to wok well for me. But as we all know what works for some may not for another. Hope ya feel better.
