I forgot to ask........... I'm on my 2nd day of no carbs and woke up last night with a dull headache - which has stayed with me all day today. Is this normal?

Yep, perfectly normal! It is carb/sugar withdrawl - it may last for a few days - but hang in there - it WILL go away!
