Hi, Cool just discovered this NZ section :wave:

Where can I buy soy flour or aitkins diet bake mix from in NZ? Or is there another product you can use? Prefer something I can get from the supermarket...so its not to expensive.

I found a receipe for the mix, but can't find soy flour at the supermarket (or the protein stuff for that matter)

Hi Bartman,

Have you checked out the health food section of the larger supermarkets (not the baking aisle)? They should stock soy flour, gluten flour, protein powder etc.

Otherwise try a health food store, you should definitely come across it there.

I did check out the supermarket (well one but it was big) but looking the flour section which is where I probably went wrong :daze:
