Im pretty sure you can have it but have to count the carbs for how much you have..

Dr.A doesn't want you having aspartame which most sugar free jellos use. In his one week Induction menu it states: Gelatin dessert made with sucralose(splenda), topped with whipped cream.
My boyfriend and I have been eating sugar free jello through out the whole Induction phase and lost weight.
But be aware that heavy cream occasionally slows down weight loss in some people and may need to be avoided.
Good Luck!!

make your own with the kool aide jello recipe. I'm very sensivite to aspertame and it gives me tremendous headaches.

The recipe is in the lc menu forum, I'll see if I can find it for you, hun.

hummm I can't find it in there. Next time I run downstairs I'll get it and post it in your journal! I ate tons of the stuff on induction, only I subed 1/2 of the splenda with Divinci's syrup and cut the carbs by 1/2 that way

I tried the sugar-free jello on induction, but it caused the sugar cravings to come back......of course, we're all different when it comes to triggers.

Sugar-free jello = cravings....I would go get a bottle of whipped cream (especially the chocolate). WHen the cravings get unbearable, I just give myself a few squirts, and I'm fine!

see now the SF jello saved me during induction... just might be my chemistry
