exercise
Just wondering when to start adding in more exercise. I started atkins in June, have lost 27 pounds and am moving into the OWL phase. I used to do a lot of running, but while I did induction I decreased it to walking a couple of nights a week. I really think that more exercise would help me to continue to lose the few pounds I still want to shed and build muscle tone. When is it safe to start adding in some more vigorous exercise?
