Not sure if you have one where you live but I had gone last weekend while Christmas shopping.
They now offer a full menu of low-carb meals and even list the carb count. In the front of their menu they offer a salad carb count customized to what they server on their salad bar as well.

I ordered a Burger Wrap ( http://www.rubytuesday.com/SE/pages/SE_LCM_AD_3.7.htm) and it was fantastic. I love how the list the "Net Carbs" on every item they offer.

I just wanted to share this since you rarely see a restaurant take LC this serious.

thanks for sharing this info-- I had no idea ANY restaurant chain was catching on to this.

Fridays is also offering a low carb menu now. I havent tried anything yet but i will let you know if i do.

Friday's low-carb menu is pretty good. Hopefully, they will keep adding new choices.

Watch out cause I saw a commercial from Subway and they have lo carb wraps now! I bet they are yummy they look it!!
