Greetings All:
I would like to begin a letter-writing campaign of a sort. I don't know how many of you watch cooking shows, but Emeril seems to love good food and he doesn't shy away from meats and fats in his cooking.

I am trying to get the producers to run a low-carb show, but I can't do it alone. If we can get even one show to focus on low-carb, then perhaps those poor souls on the SAD can see that we actually eat like kings and queens. Not to mention we'll probably see some great recipes!

The more comments they get, the more likely they would be to research it. After they research it, I'm sure they'll jump at the idea.

Good idea! I get so disgusted when I watch all
those PBS cooks on Saturday morning show us how to
boil a perfectly good chicken so we can get rid of
the fat! What a waste! I think I'll revise the
quote, "If God didn't want us to eat animals, he
wouldn't have made them out of meat." And if he
didn't want us to eat fat, he wouldn't have made it so good tasting!
By the way, I've sent an e-mail to to Emeril.
