Bree's Great Gym Log Adventure
Today I begin my gym log. Accountability! That's the name of the game!
This morning I did my weight training--the routine set out by my mother's and my personal trainer. For personal reference, I'm up to the following reps with each exercise: First Arm Curls: 75 alternating Stomach Crunches: 23 Second Arm Curls: 40 alternting Ab crunches: 20 Left lifts: 60 alternating Tricep Workout: 24 I'm going to go do my aerobic now... this is the test. Let's see how far my asthma will let me run. I've got my rescue inhaler, so today is the day I see how much I can do. -Bree |
Darn it, we blew the fuse in the workout room! Guess we were using too much juice on the treadmills. :p
I managed about 1/2 a mile running. Need more work. |
Joined rec center. Have been personal trained. Feeling kinda achy. Eeek!

1/19/04 - Did Weight room, walked 1 mile. (Walked 4 miles at work, does that count? :p)
Today - Going to water aerobics. |
1/20/04 - Water Aerobics.
Today - Weight Room at 8 pm. |
Last night we had weights AND water aerobics. Woo! Lots of work.

Saturday I did weights and water aerobics again. I like doing that.

Increased all my leg exercises to 2 reps of 10. All arms are now at 2 reps of 8.
Water aerobics was evil, but fun. :D |
30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights.

Brushing off the dust and starting over from the basics.
I injured my lower back and am working on upping my endurance in intervals. Lots of walk/stretching going on, but I'm determined. |
Only 12 minutes of walking today, but 40 minutes of swimming, so I almost made a good round hour of exercise. The hubby and I have a 9:00 pm pool date all summer, and we're going to get some of those nice foam weights so I can do the stuff I used to do in water aerobics.

Did an hour and a half of swimming, most just aerobic but some resistance work.
