Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After faliing off the wagon and playing around with LC for almost a year gaining back 9lbs. of the 30lbs. I had lost I showed moderate on my Keto stix Today! I can feel the fat melting now. I want to thank Nat again for Mock Danish. It got me over the hump. Now I save it to the end of the day for my dessert. I'm back to walking 3.5 miles 5 days a week. I feel great. :wave:
