I ran ran ran last night... Over two miles, 30 minutes, then did

12x3 rep leg lifts
12x3 hip extentions (all three sides) 36x3 reps in all
12x3 rep stomach crunches (twice)
12x3 biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, etc...
12x3 legs, both sides of thighs and inner thigh and buttocks.

Stretching, water. :)

I ran for 20 minutes

Biked for 10 minutes

Arm peddled for 5 minutes

40 leg lifts

36 stomach crunches

108 hip extentions

12x3 reps (20-45 lbs) triceps
biceps, shoulders, chest, back

12x3 reps (35-50) legs, calves, both front and back of thighs, inner thigh, calves and buttocks.

Stretch, and a bottle of water.

I went to the club (I didn't drink alcohol) and danced for three hours last night.

I drank a lot of water though!

To me that counts as a work out, and I'm actually sore too.

I ripped up the gym tonight, keeping my HR at around 165. I ran for 20 minutes and biked hard for ten. Then I did a run through of all my nautilus reps:

12x3 hip extentions (all three sides) 36x3 reps in all
12x6 rep stomach crunches
12x3 biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, etc...
12x3 legs, both sides of thighs and inner thigh and buttocks.

Total time for workout -- 1 1/2 hours.

No leg muscle exercises yesterday
 
Ran for 10, biked for 25. HR between 145-160

12x3 hip extentions (all three sides) 36x3 reps in all
12x6 stomach crunches
12x3 leg lifts
12x3 biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, upper back

Total time: 1 hour 5 minutes

Ran, walked and biked for a total of 30 minutes yesterday.

12x3 hip extentions (all three sides) 36x3 reps in all
12x6 stomach crunches
12x3 leg lifts
12x3 biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, upper back
12x3 legs, both sides

Cooled down walking

Total time 1 hour, 20 minutes.

Ran/fast-walked 25 biked 10 HR 145-160

12x3 hip extentions (all three sides) 36x3 reps in all
12x6 stomach crunches
12x3 leg lifts
12x3 biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, upper back
12x3 legs front and back each

Last night I walked 2 miles then did 80 stomach crunches. Woopie...

Tonight I biked 5 miles (30 minutes) Then walked 5 more minutes.

100 stomach crunches
12x3 triceps
12x3 shoulders
12x3 chest
12x3 biceps

I had a hard time getting back into it after a 10 day absence.

Cooled down fast walking 1/2 a mile, total time, 1 hour and some change. :thup:

Been twice this week so far after a long break due to business and then an illness. Back on track now, but not pushing too hard. :)
