Vegetarian trying out PPP
 

Hey Everyone ! :)
My name is Rache l and i'm a vegetarian. For the last past year i have gained over 25lbs. I didn't gain this weight cause i was lazy or overate. Actually i became very sick and the weight stacked on mostly in about 1 1/2 months time. Before i was sick i weighed around 118, and now i weight around 147.

My sister lost alot of weight back a couple years on PPP so i'm gonna give it a shot. I think it might be hard being a vegetarian trying to follow this plan, but i'm sure i can just make some meat substitutions.

Is anyone else a vegetarian trying out a low-carb diet :q:

Have a look at our Vegetarian Forum for ideas. It doesn't get a lot of traffic, but there is a lot of information there by other vegetarian members.
