Measurements after two weeks of inductions.

My weight has dropped but not my measurements, I find it strange after all the reading where it's the reverse that is being told. What's happening?

In any case, I'll be staying on induction some more, The only thing I find hard is eating as much as 20g of carbs a day but I've started a list of the allowabe veg with their carb contents (why doesn't the book list them that way in the induction chapter?) and I'm gonna try to eat more of the higher carbs one (while staying within the allowed quantities in cups).

Sylvain;

Try using the Fitday.com site, then you can plan you meals with a what if approach. What if I had 1 cup of cerlery chopped etc.....

It has helped me plan my meals and prepreation, as my Atkins book is in the mail and I should have it next week, but I didn't want to wait and have used all the infor I could online.

I so far have lost 6 lbs in 7 days, there were a couple of days of nothing, then 3 lbs, then 2 lbs, then two days in a row of 1 lb losses. I think I will stay on induction as long as I can as I love this way of eating.
