You go, girl! Congrat's on getting past a plateau...

It's hard to "eat enough" in the summertime...it's over 100 every day here, and I barely eat two tiny meals a day...how in the world did you "up" your calories?

Kat23 congrats on you Wooosh!!!!!

I always said "not eating enough? That has never been my problem" Well I can't say that anymore. I know what you are talking about. I have been at the same weight for the past 6 weeks or so I was eating 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast and a salad at lunch (sometimes with tuna) I don't get home till after 7PM so didn't want to eat that close to going to bed. Well yesterday was my mothers birthday so we went to Red Lobster at 9PM to celebrate, I ate shrimp (grilled) a salad and some steamed veggies. Got up this morning and I have lost two lbs :-) I guess I will start worring more about eating enough of the right stuff each day and less about what time of the night it is.
