Does anyone do atkins and CKD in this forum?
 

i have been browsing the site quite a bit in the last week..and a few days ago i stumbled on the CKD board. I found it to be VERY intresting. BUt there were alot of men discussing getting bulked up and bigger. Not that I mind talking with big bulked up men---I enjoy doing it every day at work in my gym LOL But i was wondering if any one on this atkins board is doing the body opus or CKD plan . I really love to weight train and I know doing atkins won't be too easy if I train intensely. So any advice, experiences about CKD with atkins is welcome--post me away :wave: :roll: :spin: :roll:

Fern does CKD ;) You may get with her to ask your questions from the female perspective. I know Nat follows Body RX I believe.

Check the CKD 101 post on the top of the CKD forum. CKD is very similar to Atkins induction during the week, and then a carb up on the weekends.
