Pt.Roberts update for in B.C.
 

just thought I would let you know that market place in pt.roberts now has a lowcarb section with a bunch of the http://www.carboptions.com/products.asp items, the BBQ sauce is really good it's made by lowry they also have low carb peanut butter made from skippy the ranch dressing is also really good and it has 0carbs

maybe some other people who shop there can say what they buy there since it might be worth the trip for some people to check it out

As a regular Pt. Roberts shopper- I live in Tsawwassen - I can tell you that they do have some good things available there. This past week they have had the Bryers Carb Smart Ice Cream on sale - 2 for $7.00 - it worked out to $9.51 CDN. If you haven't tried this yet is is incredibly good. The chocolate, the only one I have tried, tastes like a fudgsicle and has no aftertaste. The low carb store in Tsawwassen can't keep it in stock and they sell it for $12.00 for 1 container!
Also Pt. Bob sells Atkins products, low carb breads and lots of other goodies. If you are anywhere near the area, check it out. Bonus - the gasoline in the Pt. is 45.9/Ltr right now which saves about $.20/ltr now that gas is in the $.85 range throughout the GVRD. :yay:
