Newbie, Chattanooga Tennessee, Question

Hi! New here and could use a diet buddy! Anyone live near Chattanooga, Tennessee? Also would like to know what anyone would recommend in the way of fruits, vegetables and snacks. They all seem to be very high in carbs.! Thanks! :rolleyes:

As far as "buddies" go, you've already got one! :) I like to think of this board as my home away from home. You'll find that most people are receptive and there's a TON of useful advice on Atkins and other plans here. As far as a buddy to hang out with... well, I'm in Dallas,TX.. sorry. :)

I'm sure you'll find someone that lives in your area.
