Hi all,

I made the mistake yesterday of weighing myself. I was up 2 pounds from the last time I weighed in 4 weeks ago. I knew I should not have gotten on the scales because I felt very bloated (the monthly monster was on its way, so to speak, and actually did put in an appearance within a few hours of my weigh in....) So, I was very discouraged after being so good these past few weeks.

Anyway, my mother, God bless her, went online and did all this research and called me up to give me reasons why this small gain could have happened. By talking with her about a bunch of things I'd been doing, I became determined yet again! Thanks Mom! And since I know you'll be reading this, ;) , Happy Mother's Day, you're the best....

By the way, I sort of fell off the wagon yesterday, during my little weight gain depression, and ate 1/2 a tub of Chapman's sugar free ice cream!! Shame on me, but at least it was a sugar free cheat.... I paid for it this morning though.... gotta love that maltitol....:eek:

Yes, she's what you might call a lurker.... :p ... She's more into observation and blending into the background. I get the extroversion from my dad, God love him too! :)
