More Peanut Butter Info.....

I bought some peanut butter that has 5 grams of carbs with 4 grams of fiber per 2 T. Wouldn't this mean there's just 1 Net Carb per serving? I'm REALLY trying to justify Peanut Butter!!!

What brand is it? I'm a pb junkie too....B

LOL Mom Thu, Feb-13-03 11:02

It's 100% Natural REAL peanut butter and I find it in the refrigerated section of the supermarket. I just looked at the label again and it's 5 carbs, 4 fiber grams and 2 sugar grams. I'm still assuming this is 1 net carb. Please let me know if I'm wrong!!

Put it through the Hidden Carbs

If you look to the right of your screen, its under quick links:
Hidden Carbs Inspector. It has uncovered many hidden carbs for me.

Thanks for the tip about the Hidden Carb Calcultor! Actually, the REAL brand of peanut butter I talked about before comes out to 2.66 carbs/2T serving!!!

Way to go!!

Then you found quite a find! Is there a Brand name on it? or is it a store's brand?

LOL Mom Fri, Feb-14-03 08:49

The brand name is "REAL" and it's in the dairy section of your favorite store! It's SOSOSOSO yummy!!!
