Hi Everyone, I just wanted to say that I am on day 16 on Atkins. I have tried Atkins before but never made it very long. This time I have lost 15 pounds so far, my clothes feel soooooo much better, not to mention that I feel GREAT! I have more energy than ever and I feel more attentive and I could go on and on and on! I just wanted to thank everyone for their support, I love coming to this forum and talking with you guys. Reading everyone's successes gives me what I need to go on and talking with people who are going through what I am is the best support ever! Thanks.
