I'm 1/3 of the way there!!! My weight this morning was 274.8 which puts me at 33%. It won't be official until weigh in day, which is Monday, but I wanted to share this moment with all of you. June, My daughter is probably eating less carbs than she did in the past, but she's not there yet. I'm not being pushy right now, but will let my results show her the way. When she's ready, she'll do it!

Hey Diemde -- great work and determination - thoughts of quiting were casually trotting through my mind (nothing happening for three days - reading about how people my age almost never succeed at weight loss etc.) but reading about your success and encouraged me to continue for another week!
