Do I subtract Fiber on Fitday?

At the end of the day do I subtract the total fiber from my carbs on fitday? Thanks if anyone knows :)

I do. I think I just read it here last week that you need to subtract. I too just started fitday.com and not quite sure of all of the secrets!

Yep. :thup: Subtract the fiber for your total net carbs, FitDay doesn't do this for you.
