This is too funny!

[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue] Check out this website! It's slamming the Atkins, South Beach and a few more diets. But what is funny - the two ads on the page are promoting Atkins! (hee-hee)

I don't see them knocking Atkins at all. In fact

While the article states living off one food or eliminating one food group is bad, Atkins does not eliminate any food groups. You still have carbs in the form of veggies, and later fruits and whole grains.
